Renovating a home – whether it’s your primary residence or vacation home – is an exciting, but also stressful process.  Between meetings with the contractor, all the visits to numerous showrooms, and a ton of design decisions, it can easily sap all your time and energy.  Who wants to think about all that?!

My clients were ready to create a peaceful and tranquil second home they could retire to, that was also conducive to hosting friends and family.  They wanted to avoid the struggle of worrying about every design decision and instead, wanted an expert to reimagine their kitchen and bath configurations for them.  That’s when they reached out to us for help renovating their Florida beachfront condominium.

The master bathroom was a top priority.  Our clients desired a new configuration to better suit the awkwardly angled existing layout.  With no windows, the lighting was terrible.  They also requested that the bathroom have a coastal feel and include a tub to accommodate future grandchildren.

To create a tub that’s comfortable to kneel when attending to children taking a bath, we designed a custom tub ledge so they could always be at arm’s reach. There’s also plenty of storage space to keep all their towels, extra linens, and toiletries. All this in a newly symmetrical layout with stylish and radiant lighting.

The coastal vibe comes alive in the tiniest of details.

Our clients were excited to see the finished design and now can’t wait to create memories in their home with their children and grandchildren.
